C. 24X7 Control Room:                                                                                                                       
                        A 24 X 7 running control room keeps track of complaints/ demands and other problems of                           our staff and clients and provides ready remedial action, if the situations so demands.
D.  Half Yearly Audits:                                                                                                 
                        Our experts carry out regular audits on half yearly basis free of charges. Based on their                              reports, recommendations are forwarded to our Clients for up gradation/ improvement of   the existing systems.

Investigation Procedure: 

1. Receiving of Complaint/Information.
2. Visit the scene of occurrence (Use of dog squad optional)
3. Verification of the genuineness of the complaint lodged.
4. Collection and collation of evidences (oral, documentary and circumstantial).
5. Ascertaining the probable cause of the occurrence of the incident, if the incident involves the loss/ damage of property, then finding out the most probable reason of loss.
6. Recommendation for actions to be initiated based on existing procedures.
